Service Description

Perform toning and stretching exercises in a chair for the first 30 minutes- this is the ideal class for participants recovering from an injury or struggling with mobility, or those who are disabled. Second 30 minute session is a strength training class with weights, also suitable for all levels, and easily modified for your specific needs and goals. You can use 1lbs 5lbs, 20lbs, or anything in between.
